Refund and Return Policy

FOR ARTWORK

Please choose your artwork carefully as we do not accept returns. All items are final sale. 

Damaged Artwork
If you notice any serious damage to the outside of the package please do not sign for the delivery and contact us immediately. To avoid accidentally damaging your edition, for example if a work is unframed, leave all unpacking and handling of the artwork to a trusted professional framer or art handler. 

If you notice damage upon unpacking your edition from Cape Dreams (Michael Petrizzo Fine Art), contact us at info@capedreams.com within 48 hours of receiving the artwork with digital images of the damage. If we find that the edition was damaged in transit, we will endeavor to replace the edition. In the event that we are unable to replace the edition we will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged artwork and corresponding receipt and/or proof of purchase.

Cape Dreams (Michael Petrizzo Fine Art) is not responsible for any damages incurred on local pick-up orders once the artwork has left the premises of Cape Dreams (Michael Petrizzo Fine Art).

Refunds and Returns

Cape Dreams has a NO REFUND and NO RETURNS policy. All sales are final.

Damaged Items

Should you receive a damaged item, please email us at info@capedreams.com and include a photo of the item which clearly displays the damage along with your Order Number. Once we revied your request and assess the damage, we will be in contact with you to determine the needed outcome.

 

Defective, Incorrect, or Missing
Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items. Should you receive and item that is defective, incorrect, or you believe you are missing an item, please email us at info@capedreams.com within three (3) days of delivery. Include a photo of the damage and/or incorrect item, description of the issue, and the Order Number to ensure a quick resolution.
